Our most popular plan. Professional cleaning every two weeks — same crew, consistent results, automatic savings. Prices start at $105/visit. There is a 3 hour minimum and $15 service fee add. (Example total would be $120. Select home size - Studio - 5+ BR.
Fill out Service/Quote form for every new service and/or service location. All supplies and basic equipment included.
Payment due at time of service: We accept Cash, PayPal, Chime, Found or CashApp. Bank wire transfer is accepted.
Some bookings require deposit. When you book a cleaning you agree to Chateau Upkeep Clean policies.
Surfaces wiped and dusted thoroughly to remove any lingering dust and dirt, ensuring a fresh and clean environment · Floors vacuumed and carefully mopped to enhance their shine and appearance · Bathrooms scrubbed meticulously, leaving every corner spotless and sanitary · Kitchen cleaned to perfection, with all appliances and surfaces wiped down and organized · Trash emptied, trash bags are not provided, so please ensure you have adequate ones on hand. · General tidying to create a neat and orderly space. All cleaning supplies are provided, and basic cleaning equipment will be available to assist in the process.
You can offer to use your supplies if you do not want the supplies included to be used.
